Zeynep Aygül

Zeynep Aygül completed her undergraduate studies in Economics at Anadolu University in 2009 and earned her MBA from Maltepe University in 2014. She began her career in the financial sector in 1999 at Bayındır Securities and Global Securities, where she worked in Accounting and Operations departments, gaining solid experience in financial operations, reporting, and process management.

Between 2005 and 2021, she served as Accounting and Finance Manager at publicly listed investment companies within the Egeli & Co Group, playing an active role in company acquisitions, mergers, and the establishment of new entities. In 2008, she joined the finance department of Ashmore Portfolio Management, where she contributed operationally to portfolio management processes.

Since 2021, Zeynep Aygül has been working as Finance and Accounting Director at Bulls Venture Capital Investment Trust Inc. With her extensive experience in capital markets, she takes an active role in the company’s financial structuring, investment processes, and strategic projects.

Ms. Aygül specializes in corporate governance practices of publicly traded companies and has been involved in strategic transformation projects such as capital increases, initial public offerings, mergers, and demergers. She contributes to the company’s sustainable growth objectives through her expertise in financial planning and regulatory compliance.

Zeynep Aygül also holds a Capital Markets Activities Level 3 License.
