Founded in 2024, Bulls Portföy was established in May 2024 by the executive team of Bulls Yatırım. The company serves its investors with a management team that brings over 25 years of market experience and a proven track record in the financial industry.
Serdar Gürsoy
Director
Born in İstanbul in 1973, Serdar Gürsoy graduated from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) with a degree in Mathematical Engineering in 1996. He began his career in finance in 1997 as an Investment Specialist at Gedik Investment, and continued between 2001 and 2009 as a Manager at Deniz Investment. In 2009, he joined Gedik Portfolio Management as a Fund Manager, actively managing equity and alternative funds.
Following the company’s rebranding to Inveo Portfolio Management Inc. in 2020, he served as a Member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Gürsoy has extensive expertise in private and individual fund management and joined Bulls Portföy Management Inc. as a Director in 2024.
He holds Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) Level 3 and Derivatives Licenses.
Mert Erolcay
Portfolio Manager | Absolute Return and Arbitrage Strategies Specialist
Born in Izmir in 1990, Mert Erolcay graduated from Dumlupınar University with a degree in Economics in 2014. He began his finance career the same year as an Investment Specialist at Ata Online Securities, later serving as an Investment Products Manager at Garanti Investment between 2017 and 2020.
He subsequently held senior investment and managerial positions at Ünlü & Co, before joining Nurol Portfolio Management Inc. in 2023 as a Portfolio Manager.
Mr. Erolcay has extensive experience in individual and institutional portfolio management, special fund structuring, and investor-focused product development.
He specializes in absolute return strategies, arbitrage transactions, and co-location-based high-frequency trading infrastructures.
In 2025, he joined Bulls Portföy as a Portfolio Manager, contributing to the firm’s investment processes through technical analysis, data-driven decision-making, and a disciplined portfolio management approach.
He holds Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) Level 3 and Derivatives Licenses.
Mr. Erolcay closely follows financial market dynamics, combining his applied expertise in capital markets products with strong communication and analytical skills.
Mehmet Akif Çelenk
Director
Mehmet Akif Çelenk graduated from Yıldız Technical University with a degree in Geomatic Engineering in 2011, and from Anadolu University with a degree in Business Administration in 2012. He began his career in 2011 as a Valuation Specialist at GEDAŞ Real Estate Valuation Inc. a subsidiary of TOKİ (Turkey’s Housing Development Administration). From 2015 to 2020, he served as Director of Real Estate Development at 24 Portfolio Management, where he also held Investment Committee memberships across several real estate investment funds.
Mr. Çelenk is a member of GYODER’s Real Estate Investment Funds (REIF) Committee and the Securitization Committee, continuing to conduct research and development on both traditional and alternative real estate–based investment instruments.
Specializing in real estate and project-based real estate investment funds, he joined Bulls Portföy in 2024 as an Investment Committee Member and Real Estate Valuation Specialist.
He holds the Capital Markets Board (CMB) Real Estate Valuation License.
