Gökay Yılmaz

Gökay Yılmaz graduated in 1997 from the Department of Business Administration (Accounting and Finance specialization) at Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. After attending the Master’s program in Economic Policy at the Institute of Social Sciences of Marmara University, he completed his MBA in Finance & Business Management at Yeditepe University in 2002–2003.

He began his professional career in 1997 at OYAK Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., where he served in the Inspection Board as Assistant Inspector, Inspector, and Chief Inspector. Between 2013 and 2023, he worked at HALK Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. as Director of Internal Audit Systems, overseeing Internal Control, Inspection, Risk Management, and Compliance functions. In 2023, he held the position of Head of Internal Systems Group at Gedik Investment Securities Inc., while also serving as a Board Member of publicly listed companies and as a Member of the Disciplinary Committee of Borsa Istanbul.

In 2024, he joined the BULLS Group as Deputy General Manager (CFO/COO) at Bulls Investment Securities Inc., responsible for Financial Affairs, Financial Operations, and Financial Control. He subsequently served at Bulls Portfolio Management as Board Member, Vice Chairman, and Acting General Manager. He currently continues his role as a Board Member at Bulls Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.Mr. Yılmaz is a Certified Public Accountant and holds licenses in Public Oversight Authority (KGK) Independent Auditing, Capital Markets Board (CMB) Level 3 (Advanced), Derivatives, Credit Rating, Independent Auditing, and Corporate Governance Rating. He is married and has two children.
