Erdem Özkan
Board Member
Erdem Özkan graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Geomatics Engineering.
He started his professional career in 2009 in the field of real estate valuation. Between 2009 and 2013, he worked as a Real Estate Appraisal Specialist at Yatırım Real Estate Appraisal. From 2013 to 2020, he held various roles within Garanti BBVA, focusing on real estate valuation, credit processes, and project financing.
In 2020, he served as Real Estate Development and Valuation Manager at Garanti Investment / Garanti Asset Management, where he also took part in investment committee processes and real estate portfolio evaluations. Between 2021 and 2023, he worked as Director of the Real Estate Valuation Unit at Talya Real Estate Appraisal.
From 2023 to 2026, he served as Director of Real Estate Investment Funds and Board Member at Pardus Asset Management. Between 2025 and 2026, he was a Board Member at A1 Capital Asset Management. As of 2025, he continues his role as Board Member at Asrem Real Estate and Venture Capital Asset Management, and as of 2026, at Bulls Asset Management.
