Berna Sema Yiğit

Berna Sema Yiğit holds undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Anadolu University and completed her master’s degree in Business and Technology Management at Istanbul Technical University in 2022.

She began her career in 1997 at Yaşar Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. and has over 28 years of experience in fund and portfolio management, fund operations, financial affairs, and regulatory processes. During her long tenure at Deniz Yatırım and Deniz Portföy, she managed fund operations and compliance processes, including the establishment, transformation, and mergers of investment funds, as well as TEFAS and Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) processes.

Between 2015 and 2019, she served as Head of Fund Operations at Finans Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., where she was primarily responsible for the regulatory and operational management of real estate and venture capital investment funds. In 2018, she published the book “Real Estate Investment Funds and Accounting Practices.”

From 2019 to 2022, Ms. Yiğit worked as Deputy General Manager at 24 Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management Inc., actively contributing as a member of the Investment Committee and playing a key role in business development and corporate marketing initiatives. Between 2022 and 2025, she served as a Board Member and Chief Executive Officer at Foneria Portfolio Management Inc.

Ms. Yiğit currently continues her career as a Board Member at Bulls Portfolio Management Inc. In addition, she serves as a Member of the Executive Committee at GYODER and as Chair of the Real Estate Investment Funds Committee.
